You must have an active D & D Beyond Account with Homebrew Content turned on. When any Fighter Character reaches Level 3, you will find the Rogue Spirit Subclass selectable under their Martial Archetype. This unlocks all of Bloodshots features, including custom Nanite Masteries and lots of other fun stuff.
