Welcome back, Richest fans! We all know that the Earth's wildlife can be pretty scary. If it has big, sharp claws and pointy teeth...then, stay away. However, there are some creatures where it's a lot harder to know just how dangerous they are. Which is what we're going to look at today. We're examining a number of species that can wreak havoc on a person in a number of different ways. Mostly through stings and bites. But also, with other factors, as well.
One of the beasts we're examining is well-known by people that are familiar with Doctor Justin Schmidt's work. He's the person responsible for the Schmidt Sting Pain index. We're referring to the current champions, the Bullet Ant. We also have the close second place insect, the terrifyingly named wasp, the Tarantula Hawk. Keeping in the sting theme, we also have the Giant Bornean Carpenter Bees. They're nothing like the common, fuzzy honeybee. Another critter we're going to look at is the Sydney Funnelweb Spider. Not only that, but the Cyclocosmia. They're also known as the Trapdoor Spider. As well as the Scorpion Fly. Beyond the realms of bugs, we have the Poison Dart Frogs and their bright colours. There's also the Monitor Lizard. In particular, the Sand Goanna. Another entry is about the Snapping Turtle. Both the Common and Alligator varieties! We also have a primate in the form of the Slow Loris. These adorable munchkins are hiding a nasty secret. So, watch to find out more about the animal kingdom!
