How Thomas Morton Prepared to Face Death ─ VICE

Once again, 'BALLS DEEP' host Thomas Morton brings us into his library to show us the books he read to prepare himself for being around dead people. Before assisting Dr. Rebecca Hsu in performing an autopsy, Thomas read one of his favorite books on the body and death, 'Where Death Delights,' by Marshall Houts, which was written about Milton H. Halpern—the chief medical examiner of New York City in the 50s. Additionally, he read Halpern's second set of memoirs, 'Autopsy,' by Bernard Knight, which covers all the different ways the body can die and everything you can find out about it once it has.
