COVID-19 has impacted the way most able-bodied people are accustomed to moving through the world. However, for some people with physical disabilities, the experience of social distancing is not much unlike their daily lives.
VICE spoke with people who have physical disabilities who already experience some form of social isolation to learn about how they're dealing with the restrictions on socializing and to listen to what messages they might have for able-bodied people.
Inside Voices is a video-diary series where people talk about how they're coping with the social distancing policies during the COVID-19 epidemic. We're looking to hear from people from all walks of life, but particularly those in marginalized communities, to share their experiences with our audience and hopefully foster a sense of solidarity with a sense of humor.
