Amor Eterno Arte is a Tattoo Studio + Art Gallery in East Oakland, California, that spotlights artists from underrepresented communities. Chamuco Cortez is a tattoo artist there that focuses on promoting Aztec art, symbolism, and culture in his tattoos. VICE meets up with Chamuco to hear about his process and get a behind-the-scenes look into one of his tattoo pieces.
