How Puerto Rico Is Finally Recovering From Hurricane Maria - Home Again: Puerto Rico ─ VICE

In 2017, Hurricane Maria ravaged the island of Puerto Rico, displacing an estimated 135,000 residents and damaging 72,000 homes. Pablo Figueroa, 88, lost half the roof of his home to Hurricane Maria in 2017, and is still living with a temporary blue tarp roof.
