Sophie Turner has opened up about her mental health issues recently in an interview with Dr. Phil and her comments have left everyone by surprise. She may seem like she has it all, she's beautiful for a start, and she has a loving partner Joe Jonas who she is clearly obsessed with.

But fame, beauty, and fortune doesn't buy it all. No, the actress has opened up about having serious mental health problems. She has in fast been battling with depression for years.

Game of thrones cast may seem to have it all. They quickly rose to fame being in one of the most successful shows of all time its easy to forget that the cast are normal people who go through normal troubles. We recently found out that Emilia Clarke also has health problems. She recently decided to open up, and tell the world about her health journey much like Sophie Turner.

Sophie revealed she began struggling with depression when she was about 17, saying, "all of a sudden it just kind of hit me." Sophie also revealed just how seriously she was affected by negative comments she would read about herself. She explained that trolls criticized everything from her physical appearance to her acting skills.

We have all seen just how close Sophie is to her co-star Maisie Williams, who plays her on-screen sister Arya Stark, but she revealed that they actually wound up isolating themselves together.
