Ed Forchion, AKA NJ Weedman, owns The Joint restaurant and the attached Liberty Bell Temple, a "cannabis church". He's opposed to a section of a new bill being proposed by state Senators that would prevent people with a criminal record from becoming licensed cannabis retailers. So he decided to go to the New Jersey's governor's office and sell weed to the people of Trenton, NJ to see what the government had to say.
