Nowhere else on Earth are human rights misconducts so rampant. North Korean citizens are subjected to all kinds of punishments for issues that would not be considered issues in the Western world, and the punishments would not be considered ethical in the Western world either. Under the orders of supreme leader Kim Jong-un, law enforcement officers, who are supposed to protect citizens, are basically an army.
