Hearing a story about a child raised by wild animals might seem like something out of a movie, but it's surprisingly more common than you'd think. Whether a kid has been unfortunate enough to lose their family in a terrible accident, or they were kicked out at a young age to fend for themselves, these children have learned to grow up using only the influences around them: animals. They've adapted to growling like a dog to get attention, crawling on their stomachs to move around, and snacking on raw meat - putting our own survival tactics to shame.

What might surprise you even more is how some of these kids managed to re-learn more typical human characteristics when they were rescued from the wild. But that doesn't mean that they all do. Some of these feral kids continued to exhibit strange, animalistic habits throughout their lives
