First of all, the show is extremely homophobic. Chandler and the rest of the guys are always making jokes about each other being gay. Chandler’s father is also transgender, which is a fact that Chandler never gets comfortable with and always seems ashamed of. There are also barely any minorities on the show. In a city like NYC, it’s strange that the group of friends doesn’t know any minorities.
