In episode 6 of Red Bull Radio's Diggin' in the Carts, Nick Dwyer speaks with Yoko Shimomura, whose soundtrack for Capcom's Street Fighter II became one of the most influential of the early '90s. Later on at Square, she composed the music for legendary titles like Legend of Mana and Kingdom Hearts. With the recent Final Fantasy soundtrack under her belt, it's safe to say she's one of the most accomplished composers there is. Also on this episode: some of the best soundtracks to ever to land on the Sony PlayStation; and a celebration of Koji Kondo's '90s techno-infused Ghost in the Shell soundtrack courtesy of, well, Courtesy, the rising Danish producer and DJ.
