While watching the Disney Channel you probably imagine the stars of these shows and movies live a pretty charmed life. They have notoriety, fame, and millions of adoring fans. However, theres a lot that goes on away from the public eye that many people arent aware of. From eating disorders to anxiety and body image issues, some of these young stars have paid a high price for fame. And Hilary Duff and Miley Cyrus found it difficult to shake their Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire images after their shows came to an end.
