Thanks to their fast metabolism and the fact that they probably have more muscle mass, young mothers can get back into pre-baby shape pretty quickly. It also helps that they have more energy as well. They are going to need it when they are chasing down a crazy two year old.

Another thing that young mothers have is time. People forget what a luxury time is. Young moms have the benefit of being able to wait and think if they want more children.
