How badly did you want a toy growing up? As children, there were toys that we wanted so bad that we wished we could steal them without dealing with the consequences. But, because we didn’t want to get in trouble, get grounded, or worse spanked, we just begged our parents to buy the toy for us. Sometimes, that didn’t always happen and we had to take desperate measures. What kind of measures? Well, for the good kids, that meant asking the grandparents or even asking Santa Claus. But sometimes, our parents just didn’t want us to have certain toys. When we were children, we didn’t want to get in trouble. But yet, we also felt we might have been able to get away with more because we were kids. Would they throw a kid in jail for stealing a toy? Well, one 12-year old realized that the hard way when he stole his mom’s car and then stole a bunch of Pokemon toys from Walmart. That’s a major oops!
In this video, we’re going to talk about ten times kids were caught stealing toys. Unlike adults, kids aren’t the greatest of planners and don’t know how to steal without getting caught. Depending on what they wanted to steal, they likely don’t have the cognitive skills to figure out a better plan, hence to why they got caught. From jail to ultimate punishments at home, the kids you’re about to meet definitely had to deal with the consequences of their actions.
