Episode 28: Man. Believe it or not this episode was one of the longest to make. Because there were so many different things I could have done. I could have uploaded the interview. Not uploaded the interview. Uploaded only the positive parts. We spent hours discussing each option. And believe it or not, I wanted to post it still. I was having an internal battle. My demons were battling with me and I didn't know what to do. Although this is the option that won my heart, it was hard. And I'm still trying to convince myself I did the right thing.. I hope one day I can have a full conversation regarding my mental health and give you a better explanation as to why this happens to me. I love you and thanks for the support.
