The opioid epidemic is ravaging communities and families across the county, and Ohio has been impacted the most. In Chillicothe, one of the hardest hit towns in Ohio, social workers are managing dozen of cases where families are struggling with this drug. VICE follows one of these social workers and meets a family still dealing with the impact of their daughter's heroin addiction.
