We all have our own ways of feeling just a little bit fancy. Tracking down the perfect handbag is a critical mission for some. Many will scour the department stores for their ideal match, or venture into the fancy, high end shops on 5th avenue in New York City. For some, finding the perfect handbag could also mean following a salesman into a back alley for a âgenuineâ Gucci on Canal street in Lower Manhattan. However we decide to liven up our everyday items, there is always something more extravagant. For your average person, many of these items are likely out of reach, but we can dream, right?
In this video, we will take a look at ten ridiculously expensive everyday items. We are not talking about items that are just a little bit expensive, or even fairly expensive; we are talking about ludicrously expensive items that only celebrities, CEOs and sports stars could possibly afford. Imagine, while we are eating our $1.29 value menu hamburgers, there are others chomping down $2000 versions, complete with gold leaf and truffles. Or as we drive around in our beaters and minivans, grumbling over the rising costs of public parking, there are celebrities spending $1 million on a single parking spot for their luxury rides. Must be nice to have that kind of money. While we may not have it for ourselves right now, it is always nice to imagine some of the finer things in life that could one day be ours.
